With Danielle Schubert
In this two part workshop, you will learn potent, useful self-care techniques to relieve the body of tension, discomfort and stress using Therapy Balls. This deep myofascial self-care aids in rest and recovery, decreases DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), releases muscle tension, and increases blood flow and mobility.
Workshops can be taken individually, but are recommended as a pair, as each session focuses on targeted areas of the body. Learn how to alleviate discomfort, engage muscles and align correctly, unlock the power of functional movement and deeply release the body. No previous experience to yoga or Therapy Balls necessary. Open to all levels and students.
For Part 2 we will be focusing on mid and upper thoracic areas, side body, shoulders and the neck with the Therapy Balls, we will increase range of motion while combating rounding and tension.
