In this two part workshop, you will learn potent, useful self-care techniques to relieve the body of tension, discomfort and stress using Therapy Balls. This deep myofascial self-care aids in rest and recovery, decreases DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), releases muscle tension, and increases blood flow and mobility.

Workshops can be taken individually, but are recommended as a pair, as each session focuses on targeted areas of the body. Learn how to alleviate discomfort, engage muscles and align correctly, unlock the power of functional movement and deeply release the body. No previous experience to yoga or Therapy Balls necessary. Open to all levels and students.

For Part 1 we will be starting at the foundation of the body, we will learn how to use the Therapy Balls to effectively release the muscles and fascia in the feet, legs, hips and lower back.

Danielle Schubert (ERYT-200, RYT-500, YACEP) teaches thoughtfully sequenced + aligned classes, focusing on breath awareness and purposeful movement. Her grounding, authentic story-telling invokes honest self-reflection and body positivity.

With a well-rounded background in Ashtanga, Viniyoga, and Iyengar via the YogaWorks 500-HR Teacher Training, Danielle has a background in Injury Prevention, Therapeutics, Chakras and the 5 Elements, as well as being certified in Trauma Informed Yoga. Her take on ancient Yogic philosophy comes alive, so that it can be applied to daily, modern life.
