According to the law of physics, everything vibrates, trees, the earth we walk on and the ocean. That sound is called resonance, the frequency at which an object naturally vibrates.
We will start with easy breathing and vocal exercises that will support your journey. The evening will end to the subtle acoustic sound journey into peace and deep relaxation.
