Refresh your spirit and ground your energy with a Saturday morning “mini meditation retreat.” You’ll be guided through a nourishing, relaxing, and centering flow of seated, walking, and reclining meditation–along with gentle, mindful movement and breath practices that unwind the body and nervous system. There will be plenty of time for reflection, discussion, and questions. You’ll go home with some practice tips that will help you stay present, grounded, and attuned for the rest of your weekend—as well as the busy week ahead. Beginners and experienced meditators all welcome. Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, and a yoga mat or cushion to sit on.
