In this workshop you will learn mindfulness-based tools and techniques to steady and stabilize the mind, work with pleasant and unpleasant emotions, and transform difficult experiences as they arise in your life. There will be a particular focus on self-compassion based healing and teachings on how to turn meditation and these healing practices into a daily routine for self-care and transformation.

All levels of prior experience in meditation are welcome, and there is a special returning student rate for practitioners that have attended Foundations in Daily Practice or Meditation Basics or Deepen Your Meditation Practice with Amanda.
