Thanksgiving can be a time of both being grateful for our blessings and a time of giving. But, what are we giving to ourselves? Join us for a complimentary morning meditation where we will give ourselves the gift of resting in the present moment. Prefacing simplicity over complication and ease over busyness, we offer ourselves the gift of peace and contentment. This hour will consist of an introduction to the practice, a guided meditation, and a brief time for sharing.
