In 2005, I found yoga. It has been a cornerstone for me ever since. I have had several teachers over the course of the years, and have learned Iyengar and Ashtanga-based practices. Yoga has become the foundation from which I expand and plunge into my other interests with strength, grace, and ease. I am so pleased then, to be able to offer that same support to others as acertified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Garden San Francisco. I also offer restorative yoga classes, as I have completed a Relax and Renew® Training by Judith Hanson Lasater. I complement my yoga practice with meditation, having sat for retreats at Green Gulch, Tassajara, and Spirit Rock.

In 1984, nearly 10 years after my initial search for truth began with my introduction to a Gurdjieff’s school, I encountered the Tarot and began to study with teacher-mentor Angeles Arrien.
The Tarot has been my constant companion and guide since then and has become an area of focus and mastery assisting myself and others on the path of awakening.
My eclectic studies have exposed me to a variety of metaphysical, psychological, multi-dimensional, spiritual and shamanic teachings with notaries Ram Das, Stephen Levine, Jack Kornfiield, Byron Katie, Adyashanti, Dr. Richard Moss, Gangajji, and Dr. Tom Pinkson, But it has been my students and clients who have taught me again and again the depth and magic in the mystery of how the Tarot’s infinite ways of healing and revelation present themselves. As well as being a poet, a collage artist and Tarot teacher/consultant, I facilitate spiritual groups, community ceremonies and rituals, sound healing and forgiveness workshops, with my partner Ron Nadeau, at our small retreat center in northern California, Spirit House Center for Healing, founded in 2006.

An RYT-200 graduate of the YogaWorks Teacher Training Program under mentor Michele Klink, Danielle also studied the 5 elements and their relationship with chakras under Nikki Estrada.
