Soulstice Spa accepts secure online payments with Visa® and MasterCard®. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. We ship Monday through Friday, year-round (excepting holidays); orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. If there are any delays in shipment or a product is temporarily out of stock, we shall notify you as soon as possible via email or telephone. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us detailing your purchase.
Soulstice Spa charges sales tax on all orders shipped to destinations in California (9%). There is no sales tax applied to all other shipping destinations. Retail products ordered online are not for resale, and Soulstice Spa reserves the right to limit per item order quantities.
At the current time, Soulstice Spa products may only be shipped within the United States.
Wholesale orders will be shipped UPS. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment along with a confirmation email once your order is processed. For Canadian orders, please visit www.nailpolishcanada.com.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 1.888.988.SOUL. Please include your order number so we may send a replacement or issue you a credit as soon as possible. Returns for credit (less shipping) on unopened, unused products only will be accepted within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied by invoice. Please include your order number. Once we approve your request, we'll send you a Return Authorization Number. Please include this number along with your original invoice and the unopened, unused merchandise. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we'll issue a credit to the original credit card used for purchase. Sorry, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the shipment was due to an error by Soulstice Spa.
