  • For yoga classes please bring your yoga mat. Yoga Mats available for rental for $5

  • Many of our yoga classes are suitable for prenatal, those classes are marked in the class description.

  • LATE POLICY: In an effort not to disrupt other students in meditation, we do not allow late-comers beyond five minutes. Thank you for your understanding and planning ahead.

  • All meditation classes are suitable for beginners!

  • Cushions, chairs, and blankets are provided for meditation classes ~ please come early to allow yourself time to get checked in and comfortable.

Radiance Awakening Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Camden weaves a rhythmic flow class with sun salutations, standing/seated postures and meditation for deep listening and liberation of your inner radiance. She creates a safe and loving space for each student to explore their practice deeply connected to breath, bandhas and drishti. You’ll leave transformed and feeling that inner glow reignited and awakened from the soul level. All Levels are welcome.

A joyful, fierce and sweaty Vinyasa-based flow, this class will allow the body to detoxify and for the mind to quiet. Mindfully aligned and breath based, modifications are offered for all levels. This class is led with music.

Evening Healing Qi Gong
Mondays 7:00pm - 8:15pm

This class combines the effortless flow movements of Qi Gong with movements to develop strength, flexibility and internal power. Participants will learn dynamic flows as well as meditative stillness forms to open the body, guide and direct internal and external energy through the body energy pathways as well as cultivate more energy.

In each class we learn to develop awareness of subtle energy fields and activate our healing potential. Developing this sensitivity has many benefits outside of the class room. It is a step in developing stronger Self-healing abilities. Great for all, especially for folks looking for the therapeutic side of a movement practice and incremental mind-body strength development.

Slow Flow

Slow flow is a vinyasa practice that dives deep into a creative exploration of yoga postures, balancing physical challenge with quiet calm. Slow Flow is a deep, mindful sequence of poses that opens the mind, calms the nervous system and strengthens the body.

Gentle, Mindful Yoga

Gentle Mindful Yoga is offered at a pace to appreciate how each asana is affecting the body and mind as the breath (pranayama) is allowed to flow. This is a great class for beginners, people with limitations as well as injury recovery as modifications are offered. Experienced yogis also love this class because of its slower pace - we will ground, center and ease stress and overwhelm. Meditation & pranayama in combination with a mindful practice will leave you feeling well connected to your inner self.

BodyMind Alchemy

Awaken the alchemist within! In the safe and supportive environment of this class we will focus on embracing an authentic and empowered life. Each class will consist of a brief intro to Bodymind Alchemy, an individual 'check in' followed by a guided meditation that will leave you in a state of deeply integrated peace. Nania uses a variety of methods designed to meet the needs of those in attendance. No matter what your condition or intention may be, the process works towards decreasing fear, anxiety, illness, pain, self doubt, confusion, trauma and more. While increasing self confidence, resilience, better health, wholeness and creative freedom.

Bring a list of symptoms or a priority for the class, an open mind and heart as this is the place to get the support you may need in order to make positive, lasting change. Each week will build on the intention of creating a strong inner space that you can trust no matter what your circumstances may be.

“iRest” from Integrative Restoration, the Institute founded by Richard Miller,  is based on the ancient form of Yoga Nidra - a yogic sleep where you are in a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. iRest is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry and is currently being utilized in VA hospitals, military bases, hospitals and clinics, hospice, homeless shelters, community programs, and schools. Research has shown that iRest effectively reduces PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain and chemical dependency while increasing health, resiliency, and well-being.

During this practice you will be lying on the floor or seated in a supported and comfortable position and be guided to deep relaxation through breath and body sensing exercises and then lead through personal inquiry through guided prompts.

RESET - Restorative + Yin Yoga with Meditation

Give yourself the permission to pause with elements of Yin + Restorative yoga, Pranayama breath work and meditation. Juicy, long holds allow for the prop supported body to open gently and for the nervous system to reset. In the stillness we can begin to heal from the inside out, allowing for deeper emotional and physical release. This class may be led with musical elements.

Chakra Clearing Meditation

It's easy for many of us to get depleted by the many different energies we dance with daily. It's always very nurturing to return back to our own sparkling and peaceful self. Christa artfully guides students through a different Chakra clearing meditation in each class aiding each student in finding balance ~ You will leave feeling restored and relaxed!

The Practice of Presence

This class is designed to carry us into Presence ~ with ourselves through stillness, conscious breathing, and witnessing. From witnessing, we will easily translate this presence into all that we’re doing in our lives. Please join this gifted teacher for a spiritual, inspiring experience that may include meditation, pranayama and subtle movement.

Gina expertly teaches simple ways to use the mind-body connection to help her students connect, clear and glow. This class teaches you practical techniques for self-exploration, self-awareness, and self-care that relieve pain, anxiety and stress, while enhancing resilience to external stressors, and support the healing response, empathy, intuition and self compassion. Includes functional meditation,* restorative imagery, self hypnosis, and biofeedback along with somatic meditation, mindfulness meditation and guided imagery.  You are encouraged to bring a notebook to jot down some of your inner-journey experiences.  All levels of experience welcome!

Relax and Be Free - Level 2 Flow

With Amanda Snow

Kick the weekend off right with an uplifting class designed to shift the mind and body towards relaxation and freedom. Amanda's classes are a seamless blend of alignment-based Hatha Flow Yoga, Breath Work, and Energy Medicine. These classes move through a warm up and Sun Salutations to prepare the body for a peak pose or targeted body part. Emphasis is on working and moving the body skillfully and safely on the mat to release physical tension while shifting the nervous system into relaxation response.
