Too often we can find our bodies and our minds out of balance. Whether it's the stresses of daily life, or extenuating circumstances that catch us off guard, we find that these burdens can accumulate over time causing physical and mental tension and pain. Taking time to reflect on these challenges and where they have accumulated in our body and mind is key to living a happy, healthy, and fruitful life. This class combines gentle, moderate paced movement, breathing and meditation to ground you and bring your mind and body back into alignment.

Beginning Mindfulness Class 5:00pm-6:00pm

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, alive and vibrant in the moment, while not being overly stressed by what is going on around us.  Beginning Meditators welcome!

Everyone has this capacity to be fully present, but it can be elusive without some practice.  During this class we will cultivate these innate qualities with simple mindfulness meditations and loving kindness practices that are scientifically demonstrated to benefit us in many ways.

If you are just starting a mindfulness practice, have not done it in awhile, or have been practicing for under a year, this could be a good class for you.

MAX MEDITATION SYSTEM™   6:45pm - 7:45pm (drop ins welcome)

with Whitney Larson

New class! Begins 6/23

morre-christophe-121640.jpg

Bliss, Peace, and Joy are all natural human states that man has experienced since the beginning of time. Modern living can make these states difficult to attain in daily life. Luckily, Ancient Wisdom Traditions have tools to remind us who we are, bringing us back into these natural states of being. Meditation is one of these tools. In stillness one can truly come to Know Thyself.

Developed by Dr. Gudni Gudnason, Founder of the Modern Mystery School, a 3000+ year old lineage of healings and teachings, Max Meditation SystemTM is a unique combination of relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation and guided visualization.

This class teaches you a complete system of meditation. Each building block can be taken home to support your personal practice. The guided visualization that completes the journey is different every time. It will take your practice to the next level, bringing you into your senses and imagination, igniting creativity within your mind. You are invited to bring a journal to class to note any insights and to integrate your experience. This class is perfect for the beginning and experienced meditator alike.
